MPS-300 SPG (UL) is produced using advanced processing techniques that combine renewable feedstocks with industrial-grade refining for cleaner combustion performance.
Processed pyrolysis oils are derived through high-temperature anaerobic cracking of biomass, rubber and industrial waste materials.
The oil is heated up to 250°C to improve flash point, combustion efficiency and fuel stability before advanced filtration removes fine particles.
Plant oils are obtained through pre-treatment, expelling, solvent extraction and distillation of oil-rich biomass. These oils are tested.
Fatty Acid Methyl Esters (FAME) are produced through vegetable oil processing, with complete water recycling under our Zero Liquid Discharge system.
